Vacaville – Ebony Tyresha Hayes, 27-year-old San Francisco resident, and Bianca Michelle Fleming, 29-year-old resident of Pinole, are believed to be linked to more than 30 incidents of identity theft throughout the states of California and Nevada. They were arrested Wednesday by Vacaville Police.

Their spree ended Tuesday at the BevMo on Monte Vista Avenue when an employee contacted police regarding an online order that had been placed using a stolen credit card. The two suspects came to pick up their order and were told it would not be honored. They left, apparently intending to leave the area, but were stopped by police not far from the store.

Subsequent investigation included assistance from the U.S. Secret Service. It revealed the two women had committed identity theft in at least nine California cities and that the method they used was highly sophisticated. Hayes was also wanted on an outstanding felony warrant for identity theft in the state of Nevada.

Fleming and Hayes were arrested on 30 counts of identity theft, as well as burglary and conspiracy to commit a crime, and booked into Solano County Jail.

This case is still under investigation. Anyone with pertinent information is asked to contact Officer Debi Lopez at (707) 449-5200.
