SACRAMENTO — An undisguised, middle-aged woman who held up the U.S. Bank branch located inside a Carmichael Safeway grocery store is being saught  by ther FBI.

According to Special Agent Steve Dupre, with the Sacramento FBI office, a woman in her mid- to late 50s, weighing about 200 pounds and wearing a black trench coat walked into the store at 4040 Manzanita Ave. around 3:30 p.m. Oct. 28 and tossed a note to a teller demanding money.

“No weapon was observed, but the note indicated the robber had a gun and would use it if necessary,” he said.
