“Officer Silas was on patrol in the area of Chestnut and Laurel when he spotted Arsenio Mason with a high-end bike recently reported stolen during the Santa Cruz Triathlon.

SCPD Officers had been on the lookout for the bike and Mr. Mason. The $4500.00 racing bicycle was recovered intact. Officer Silas took Mason to jail. The bike owner was very appreciative of SCPD’s diligence and was excited to get her bicycle back. She drove down from Redding to pick up the bike from SCPD last night.
