Folsom police arrest man after third hit-and-run
FOLSOM, Calif (Dec. 2) —  Folsom police arrested Maximillian Sullivan, 21, of Sacramento, for felony hit and run, driving under the influence and a probation violation. This was Sullivan’s third arrest by Folsom Police officers for motor vehicle-related crimes since October of this year, officials said.
On Dec. 1, at approximately 7:36 p.m., police received a report of a possible hit and run traffic collision in the residential area of Perraud and Alezane drives. Witnesses reported that the possible suspect vehicle, a GMC pickup, had sped away. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a 55-year-old female victim who said she had been rear ended by the suspect’s truck.
The victim, a Folsom resident, had complaints of pain to her head and neck. She was transported to Kaiser Roseville by Folsom Fire Department personnel.
According to the Folsom police, Sullivan, whose address was reported as 5101 El Camino Avenue in Carmichael is responsible for two other hit-and-runs, one happening on Oct. 24 and another Nov. 3.
Sullivan was arrested for felony hit and run and outstanding warrants and booked into the Sacramento County Jail.
