'Real' Mrs. Robinson caught in the act

SANTA BARBARA — A titillating character study straight out of the movies came into the light of day with the arrest of Genise Schu, 47, on 11 felony counts of sexual misconduct with the underage male friend of her own son.

The victim, now 20, was 13 years old when Schu first showed him pornography and reportedly orally copulated him while others in her family were sound asleep.  Illicit sexual intercourse became frequent and repeated, with consensual sex allegedly occurring hundreds of times over the ensuing seven years.

The charges filed against Schu — a married woman whose activity was just now discovered when her text messages to the young man were intercepted by his family members — include one count of showing pornography to a minor, two counts of oral copulation with a minor under the age of 14, two counts of a lewd act with a child under 14, three counts of sexual intercourse with a person under 18 years of age, and three counts of oral copulation of a minor under the age of 18.

Schu’s bail was set at $100,000, with her arraigment scheduled for Aug. 25.
