Police search for pair in Antioch murder
ANTIOCH – Two suspects are on the loose after the reported killing of a 20-year-old local resident.
Dimontai Glaspie, 20, was shot and killed Saturday, Oct. 8 in front of a home located on the 2300 block of Dogwood Way.
Minutes after a call was placed (at 6:33 p.m.) to dispatchers, police officers arrived at the scene where Glaspie’s injured body was found.
Officers and medics immediately tended to the injured victim before interviewing witnesses, Sgt. Steve Bias explained to CrimeVoice.com. Glaspie was rushed to the hospital and later pronounced dead.
“There is no motive,” Sgt. Bias said.
Two suspects were seen fleeing the scene, according to a press release statement issued by Capt. Leonard Orman. Police are searching for their whereabouts.
