Police arrest teens on suspicion of home invasion
Vallejo police made arrests on Saturday of two Oakland teenagers on suspicion of a home invasion robbery.
Patrolling officers saw three juveniles running out of a house at about 8:41 a.m., police said.
The three juveniles allegedly held down a 21-year-old occupant of the home on the 300 block of Falcon Drive. The occupant had also been beaten and robbed, police said.
The patrolling officers tried to stop the three and ask them what they were doing, but they fled on foot, police said.
One of the officers were able to catch one of the teenagers. One of the other teenagers thought to be involved was caught later by an American Canyon police officer, police said. The third teenager had not yet been apprehended, police said.
Both teenagers, a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old male, were found to be in possession of property from the house, police said.
