Man flashes juvenile, police search for suspect

The quiet residential area where the exposure occurred

San Luis Police officers are searching for a man who exposed himself to a female juvenile Sunday afternoon around 5 p.m.

According to police, the victim, a resident of San Luis Obispo, was near 1700 Spooner Drive and walked toward the suspect. The victim told officers the suspect stopped and began urinating in the street. She also said that after she walked past the suspect, he exposed himself to her and asked her to come to him.

The victim told police she fled on foot and that the suspect left on bicycle.

Police said when they responded the area was checked but the suspect could not be located.

The victim described the suspect as a white male, in his 40s, about 5’4” tall, with facial hair described as stubble, and brown hair in a ponytail.

Police say the suspect was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt, brown cargo shorts, gloves and was riding a mountain bike.
