June 8 – Santa Barbara
Jonathan Cisneros, 25, and David Hernandez-Alecio, 25, incarcerated in Santa Barbara County Jail since April on charges of felony child molestation, have been joined by their confederate, Martin Morales, 19, who was booked June 7th on charges relating to ongoing sexual contact with a 13-year-old female.
According to Santa Barbara Police Media Relations Officer Sgt. Riley Harwood, “the female victim had allegedly been assaulted by Cisneros and Hernandez-Alecio since the age of twelve.” Child Welfare Services had been contacted by the girl’s family following the discovery of questionable contacts and activity on the Facebook website, at which time SBPD Detective Brian Larson began an investigation that revealed numerous episodes of illegal sexual contact between the victim and Cisneros and Hernandez-Alecio. Both men were arrested in April and booked on charges of felony child molestation, each remaining in custody on $100,000 bail.
Subsequently, Santa Barbara Planned Parenthood—pursuant to legal mandate requiring reporting to law enforcement authorities of suspected sexual contact between minors and adults–a 13-year-old who admitted to sexual intercourse with an adult male she described as her “boyfriend” was identified and located by detectives. The “boyfriend” was identified as Morales, and he was arrested June 7th on charges of felony child molestation and—like Cisneros and Hernandez-Alecio—now resides in Santa Barbara County Jail with bail set at $100,000.
