Three gang members arrested after shooting in Goshen
Tulare Sheriff Deputies continue their efforts to eradicate gang members from causing harm after they were dispatched to Kaweah Delta Hospital June 26 for a report of a gunshot victim. Upon arrival, they were directed to Kenny Badillo, 31, of Goshen, who had been shot in the leg. He underwent surgery, according to reports, and remains in stable condition. When deputies investigated the incident, they discovered Badillo was in the front yard of a residence in the 30600 block of Juniper in Goshen, when a gray Honda drove by. Badillo, who was with several other subjects, was injured after several rounds were fired at the group.
Continuing their investigation, Deputies located gray Honda a few blocks away in the 6600 block of Avenue 308 and secured a search warrant for the residents. Three suspects, Luis Miguel Delgado, 18 of Goshen, Michael Morales, 18, of Woodlake and a 16-year-old Goshen teen, were arrested for assault with deadly weapons and participating in a gang crime.
The juvenile was booked at the Tulare County Juvenile Detention Facility and the adults were booked at the Tulare County Main Jail.
