Hercules Traffic Stop Nets Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia & Counterfeit Money

53 year old Victoria Martinez, of San Pablo, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of More than an Ounce of Marijuana.

What started as a traffic stop for expired registration Monday morning led to the arrest of a female in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and conterfeit money. The traffic stop occurred on Vaqueros at Hawthorne.
