Four Santa Rosa Gang Members Arrested For Mugging 16 year-old
Four gang members were arrested this past Sunday for mugging a 16 year old male in front of a 7- Eleven convenience store in Santa Rosa.
Officers were called to the scene to find the 16 year-old male victim uninjured. The victim told police that he was approached by four gang members in front of the store, and that one suspect was armed with a stun gun and another displayed an unknown object in his waistband, thought to be a handgun. The suspects demanded money from the victim and fled the scene upon receiving money from the victim.
The victim described the four suspects to officers. This aided in an attempt to locate them in the area. At 5:56, Officer Travis Dunn located the suspects several blocks away. Detectives from the Gang Crimes Team responded and conducted a follow-up investigation, confirming that the four suspects were gang members. The robbery was also confirmed as a gang related incident.
All four suspects were arrested for Violation of PC 211- robbery, and PC 186.22- gang enhancement.
Two out of the four suspects are minors, and were booked into Juvenile Hall. The other two, Carlos Alcazar, 18 years-old from Rohnert Park, and Danny Inocencio, 18 years-old from Santa Rosa, were both booked into the county jail.
