Perp in 2009 Bus Sex Assault Arrested

An Oakland man has been arrested for a 2009 sexual assault of a Rohnert Park girl that occurred on a city bus.

Perry George Roberson, 54, was arrested at his home Tuesday, on charges of lewd and lascivious act with a child, lewd acts in public and sexual battery.
