Police Arrest Two People After Finding Loaded Assault Weapon in Car in Bel Marin Keys

Novato Police arrested a Fairfield man and a Vallejo woman on suspicion of a host of charges Tuesday after they found a loaded assault weapon in their car on Galli Drive in Bel Marin Keys.

According to Detective Sgt. Mike Howard, 22-year-old Blake David-Murry and 18-year-old Monica Torres-Mendozan came to Bel Marin Keys Tuesday afternoon to retrieve the gun. Novato police contacted them on Galli Drive and found a loaded assault pistol in their car.
