Police Arrest Road Rage Suspect Who Stabbed Victim with Screwdriver

On Friday, May 17, 2013, the Fremont Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit arrested Bryant Salazar (30 years old, San Jose resident) who was wanted in connection with the road rage/stabbing incident that occurred on May 14th at the Union 76 Gas Station located at 46840 Warm Springs Boulevard.

At approximately 5:55 p.m. on Tuesday evening, officers were dispatched to the Union 76 Gas station in the Warm Springs district to investigate an assault with a deadly weapon incident. When officers arrived, it was learned that the victim had been followed by an adult male who was driving a Toyota Tacoma. The driver of the Tacoma was angry and had been tailgating him for several blocks until they arrived at the Union76 gas station.
