Police Seek Suspect who Stole Twice from Walgreen’s
BAKERSFIELD — Local law enforcement is asking the public for its help in identifying a suspect who stole from a local Walgreen’s store — twice.
The suspect police are looking for is described as a African-American male, 20 to 30 years of age, 6 feet tall, approximately 200 pounds with short black and a star or the number “6” tattooed under his left eye.
He is wanted in connection to two separate crimes, with the first occurring on March 22, 2013, and the second April 28, 2013, when the suspect who was caught on video surveillance, entered the Walgreen’s at 40 Chester Avenue in Bakersfield.
The suspect allegedly selected merchandise both times and fled the store on a bicycle without producing payment.
During the first occurrence the man was wearing a black beanie style hat and red jacket, while committing the second offense, he was seen wearing a Laker’s team jersey.
