Attempted Murder Assailant captured by Good Samaritans
ANTIOCH – On Monday, May 28th at approximately 8a.m., Antioch officers were dispatched to the Save Mart grocery store on 3190 Contra Loma Blvd. A 50-year-old Antioch resident was discovered enduring alleged stab wounds. The assailant, 35-year-old Antioch resident Jeffrey Crimson, was caught several minutes away by several civilians and then taken into police custody. The victim was transported to a local hospital where she is listed in “stable condition” according to an official press release.
