Four Arrested for Pimping Females in Sacramento, San Mateo
SACRAMENTO – Four subjects have been booked on suspicion of pimping young females at residences in Sacramento and San Mateo, according to the Department of Justice (DOJ). DOJ officials booked three people in Sacramento and one in San Mateo on suspicion of the operation of brothels and pimping out women.
The arrestees include Xiu Juan Bai, 43, Ken Wong, 58 and Yoon Chin, 55, of Sacramento. The other arrestee was Zhi Liu of San Mateo County.
After a five-month investigation of a dubious and alleged prostitution ring which brought females from Boston and New York to Northern California, officials felt confident enough to take action.
When in California, the young female subjects changed turns between brothels on a calendared schedule, according to a press release from the state Attorney General’s Office.
The subjects were booked Thursday night by DOJ officials with the aid of the Sacramento P.D. and the F.B.I.
