Carmel Valley Car Prowler Grabs Cash, Ransacks 2nd Vehicle

A Carmel Valley man is short some cash after a car prowler took money out of his unlocked vehicle early Friday morning.

Around 3 a.m. Friday, a man on the 3700 block of Ruette De Ville heard his garage door open and close, and went to see what was happening, according to a Facebook post by the San Diego Police Department’s Northwestern Division.
