SANTA MARIA – Police have arrested a 23-year-old man on suspicion of committing lewd acts with a minor earlier this year, according to police.
Santa Maria resident Francisco Miguel Antonio was booked at Santa Barbara County Jail Thursday afternoon following a police investigation into allegations that he sexually molested a 12-year-old victim in February.
Antonio has been charged with lewd acts with a child under 14 years old and penetration with a foreign object, according to police.
Meanwhile, in a related story, 40-year-old Clive Bardi Decomarmond, who was arrested on May 10th for molestation of up to five minor girls, appeared in court in June. According to KCOY News, he pleaded not guilty to 13 felonies, including statutory rape, sexual penetration and lewd and lascivious acts on girls between 12 and 16 years old. His crimes were believed to have been committed at his home in Santa Maria. His case is ongoing.
