Concord Police Ask For Help Finding Stabbing Suspect
Members of the public are being asked to aid police in the investigation of an stabbing that occurred at Bonfare Market on Grant Street last Wednesday.
Police are attempting to locate a man who allegedly stabbed two customers at the Concord gas station at around 8:45 p.m. July 10. John David Gleason, Jr., 21, has been identified as a suspect in the attempted homicide, according to police.
Two men were fueling their car with gas at the business when a group of men approached and asked if they were gang members, police said.
Police said one of the suspects, later identified as Gleason, suddenly pulled a knife and started stabbing both men without provocation.
