Davis man Arrested for Videotaping Underneath Pre-Teens’ Clothing
DAVIS – On Sunday, July 21 police were dispatched to the Target store at approximately 1:45 p.m., regarding the report of a 32-year-old male allegedly following two girls around the store, attempting to film underneath their skirts.
Davis police tried to apprehend the male suspect, Tyler Dean Luke, after alleged evidence that he was video taping underneath pre-teen females’ clothing as they walked through the aisles. When Luke identified the officers, he attempted to evade them. Police struggled to detain the non-compliant subject, but were eventually able to take him into custody.
Luke is accused of using video equipment to tape underneath pre-teen females’ clothing, he was also booked on charges of tampering with violence and resisting an officer with violence.
Luke is no longer in custody as of Monday afternoon and his arraignment is expected to be held next month.
