Orange County Sheriff’s deputies arrested three people for spray painting graffiti in the city over the past several days.

July 19 San Juan Capistrano Deputies arrested Anthony Carlos Cruz, 19, of San Juan Capistrano for tagging under the State Route 73 bridge at Camino Capistrano, said Lt. John Meyer, chief of San Juan police services, in an email.
