Orange County Sheriff’s deputies arrived in force Tuesday night to a call of shots fired inside a Talega home.
Deputies arrested Richard Steven Gerstein, 51, on the suspicion of shooting a firearm with negligence, said Jeff Hallock, spokesman for the sheriff’s department.
