Glendora Police arrested a man Tuesday morning after he crashed his vehicle with his 17-month-old child inside.
Matthew Walker, 41, was arrested on suspicion of carrying a loaded firearm and being under the influence of narcotics. Walker is being held at Men’s Central Jail in Los Angeles in lieu of $110,000 bail.
