A Murietta man was arrested on Thursday after his 3-year-old Akita attacked a third child in four months.
Robert Kahn, 62, was booked on suspicion of criminal negligence. On Saturday, his dog bit a 3-year-old boy on the face and neck, requiring about 50 stitches.
Since October, the dog has also bitten a 3-year-old and a 5-year-old child, according to reports.
The dog has been quarantined. Kahn was held on $5,000 bail.
