A man accused of four counts of rape and sodomy appeared in court Friday at the East County Regional Center ahead of a hearing to determine if his case will go to trial at the end of the month.
Dominic Bailey, 23, was arrested by sheriff’s deputies Dec. 24 at Buffalo Wild Wings in Santee, according to Assistant District Attorney Kerry Conway. He has been charged with rape of an intoxicated person, rape of an unconscious person, sodomy of an intoxicated person and sodomy of an unconscious victim.
