Modesto – A Stockton man is being accused of robbing three Oakdale Road businesses in four hours on Wednesday.
Christopher Dial, 20, began his crime spree at 9:00 a.m. when he allegedly robbed a Subway on Oakdale Road. He used a gun and demanded cash from the sandwich shop employees, said police.
About one-half hour later he reportedly robbed Hair Repair, also on Oakdale Road. Victims reported that he appeared to have a gun under his jacket.
Then a little before 1:00 p.m. he allegedly held up a massage parlor on Oakdale Road.
Police released surveillance footage on social media, and received calls from Dial’s family, who identified him as the person in the footage.
The family members told police that Dial was at a relative’s home in Stockton. Police apprehended him there, and booked him into Stanislaus County jail on three counts of robbery.
