Investigation revealed that on March 7, the young teens had begun having several large parties that went un-reported by neighbors.  It is also suspected that several teens and adults at the party were drinking and using drugs at the time of the incident.  According to the MVPD, “On the morning of March 16th, three juveniles started a fire inside the residence which they were unable to extinguish”.

With the arrest of fourteen individuals, it is expected that there may be others involved in the destruction of property and other damage created by the rebel party goers.
