FRAZIER PARK — Three women were arrested in Frazier Park last Friday during a drug raid that turned up a large amount of suspected methamphetamine.
Alice Hobbs, Dawn Swanson and Catherine Langford were all booked into the Kern County Jail’s Central Receiving Facility in downtown Bakersfield, on chargers of suspicion of possessing methamphetamine for sale, suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia, and suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
According to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office, all three women were taken into custody following the serving of a search warrant at a home on the 500 block of Wyoming Trail in Frazier Park, at around 2 p.m. on April 25.
During the search, deputies from the Kern County Sheriff’s Office and officers from the California Highway Patrol said they discovered and seized approximately 35 grams of suspected methamphetamine, which about one third of was packaged for sale.
Officers said they also found suspected drug sales paraphernalia.
