Violent Vacaville Home Invasion Burglar Sentenced

A resident of Vacaville was sentenced to four years in state prison on April 22 in Solano County Superior Court for committing a violent burglary. His partner in the crime has previously been convicted and sentenced.

The newly convicted felon, Jabin Jasher Little, received the four-year sentence from Judge Peter B. Foor after pleading no contest last month to a first-degree burglary charge.

Prosecutors indicated they believe Little, 24, and, Jihad M. Osby, 20, broke into a Vacaville home in 2012. During the violent incident they beat one of the homeowners after threatening the man and his wife at gunpoint. The victims, Donald and Giselle Graham, each testified at a probable cause hearing for Osby last April, explaining how they were woken up late on Oct. 12, 2012 by two men inside their home threatening to kill them.

Donald testified that Little and Osby repeatedly struck him with a sawed-off shotgun. He suffered a broken temple, shattered eye socket, broken nose and broken jaw during the attacks.

“Mr. Little is absolutely, unbelievably lucky to be getting off with the sentence he is getting,” Judge Foor commented during the sentencing hearing in his courtroom. “The harm that [Little] delivered in this offense will go on forever,” Foor added.
