FRESNO – An illegally parked potato chip delivery truck near the Fresno courthouse led to the arrest of a woman who was inside smoking methamphetamine to prepare herself for her felony probation hearing.
Deputies with the Fresno County Sheriff’s Department noticed the illegally parked 3-ton potato chip delivery truck illegally parked at Courthouse Park on Tuesday around 9:45 a.m. They found 46-year-old Mark Jerome Diamante and 43-year-old Raquel Dawn Petrochilos in the back of the truck, according to the sheriff’s department.
Deputies found methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe in the rear of the truck, and discovered that Petrochilos was on felony probation and was smoking methamphetamine to prepare for her hearing that day, according to the sheriff’s department.
Petrochlios, of Clovis, was arrested on felony charges of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia possession and Diamante was arrested on a felony narcotics warrant, according to the sheriff’s department.
