SANTA ANA – On Tuesday morning, near Harbor Boulevard and Hazard. a 50-year-old man flagged down a patrol officer to inform him that two males had just robbed him of his bike. The two suspects were within sight as the victim spoke. Police were able to detain one of the suspects, 33-year-old Henry Mora.
Within an hour 31-year-old Andrew Carmona was also arrested at 1401 North Harbor before he boarded an OCTD bus. Earlier in the morning the two suspects had also perpetrated a beer run at the 7-11 at 914 North Harbor.
