EASTVALE – A bicyclist succumbed to his injuries after being struck by a black sedan and the Riverside Sheriff’s Department continues to search for the vehicle and suspect involved.
Eastvale police officers received a call and responded to a traffic incident at 12:12 a.m on Friday April 25. Upon arriving at the scene of the intersection of Limonite Ave and Hamner Ave. officers discovered that there had been a collision between a vehicle and a bicycle.
In the preliminary investigation, officers were told by witnesses that a black four-door sedan of unknown make and model was travelling westbound and had failed to stop at signal light which had turned red.
