Santa Clarita – It has been nearly four months since Dylan Tyler Zimmerman lost his life in an auto accident on Valentine’s Day at Copperhill Drive and Copperstone Drive. He was a graduate of Valencia High, architecture student at College of the Canyons and was currently working as a member of the Geek Squad at Best Buy.
Investigators took the time to look into various factors that may have played into the incident – such as intoxication, vehicle speed, driving history, and so on.
It was after such an extensive investigation that 27-year-old Alex Chad Corral of Canyon County was arrested this past Tuesday for his part in the collision.
Corral was charged with gross vehicular manslaughter and child endangerment. A 9-year-old girl was also in his car at the time of the accident. He was booked and held on a bail of $1,100,000.
