INGLEWOOD, CA—Is it juvenile to claim a Taco Bell cook is really in for a “hot” time for stealing a car?
Angel Parra, 18, was apprehended by Inglewood Police department officers on Friday, June 6 at approximately 11:30 p.m. He was picked up along the 500 block of West Arbor Vitae Street. He was charged with force or assault with a deadly weapon but not a firearm, grand theft auto and participating in a criminal street gang as well as possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled narcotic substance.
Bail was set at $160,000 for the five violations.
It is unknown if the Taco Bell cook was on the skids with a forklift driver who was arrested for similar charges at the same time on the same date and just one block west of where Parra was picked up. That person, 20-year-old man named Adrian Rodriguez, was not available for comment and IPD officers did not respond to requests for comment.
