The Paso Robles Police arrested a juvenile suspect for his alleged part in breaking in Flamson Middle School last week.
According to PRPD, they received a call last Friday around 12:45 a.m. regarding a burglar alarm at the Flamson library, located at 2405 Spring St. Officers arrived within three minutes of the alarm sounding. Responding officers discovered a broken window on one of the building access doors.
While officers were looking around, two suspects attempted to run from inside the building. The suspects ran across Spring St. but officers were only able to locate one of them. The suspect was found hiding near railroad tracks at the dead end of 26th St. Police arrested the suspect and discovered he was in possession of stolen property from the school
The suspect was identified as a 15-year-old male resident of Paso Robles. Police cannot reveal his identity due to his age. He was processed at the PRPD and later booked into the SLO County Juvenile Services Center for one count of burglary. The second suspect was not located.
