HAWTHORNE, CA—Southern California universities have been in a contentious state of late dealing with administrations that have been accused of systemically ignoring campus rape and stalking.

The 135-lb., 5’5”-tall woman was arrested by Hawthorne Police Department officers and charged with the single violation of rape/etc., in concert with force/violence (264.1PC). The Hawthorne resident was arrested on Thursday, July 31 at approximately 4:15 a.m. in an apartment on the 13000 Kornblum Avenue in Hawthorne.
