Three men, including Christopher Harvey, who is suspected of firing the gun, were detained after calls were made into the apartment. Two were determined to be roommates of the suspect and were eventually released, according to a Sacramento Police Department news release. Harvey’s Facebook profile lists him as a guitarist for the local Sacramento band Thunder Cover, though he does not appear in any of their most recent publicity photos.

Harvey was booked into Sacramento County Jail on suspicion of reckless discharge of a firearm, as well as false imprisonment and kidnapping. He is accused of pulling one of his roommates back into the residence when officers were attempting to make contact with him. No injuries were reported.

Police said the firearm believed to have been used in the incident was recovered in the area.
