The San Luis Obispo Sheriff’s Department racked up three arrests involving narcotics possession for sales.
According to a press release from the sheriff’s office, the first incident occurred last Thursday when an officer pulled a car over for a vehicle code violation at Northbound Highway 1 and Cayucos Drive in Cayucos around 7:50 a.m. During the stop, the officer was able to search the vehicle, where approximately 5.5 ounces of methamphetamine were discovered.
The driver of the vehicle was Guadalupe Pinedamanzanarez, 31, of San Luis Obispo and the passenger was Yadira Lopezreyes, 29, also of San Luis Obispo. Both were transported and booked into San Luis Obispo County Jail for possession of a controlled substance for sale.
The third arrest came during the service of a search warrant at a mobile home in the 1900 block of Main Street in Morro Bay. Investigators discovered approximately 1.5 ounces of methamphetamine hidden underneath a shed on the property. The length of time for the investigation is unknown.
Everardo Lozano Rodriguez, 46, of Paso Robles was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for sale and booked into SLO County Jail.
