Arrests this week at the Roseville Police Department include two suspects arrested in the Sun City area, as well as a suspect arrested in the East Roseville Parkway area on suspicion of vehicle theft, according to an official weekly crime report.
On Monday, September 1, just before 8 pm, officers reportedly responded to a report of suspicious activity in the parking lot of a CVS drug store on the 1700 block of Pleasant Grove Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers made contact with several people and ultimately arrested two suspects.
Broderick Wayne Jackson, 23, of Rancho Cordova, was reportedly arrested on suspicion of violation of parole, and Deslonde Steven Pulley, 31, of Sacramento, was reportedly arrested on suspicion of resisting/obstructing officers and was booked and released with a citation to appear in court.
And on Wednesday, September 3, 2014, at 9:30am, officers reportedly responded to calls from concerned motorists about a woman walking close to traffic on Sierra College Boulevard. Officers reportedly made contact with the woman in the Miner’s Ravine bike trail parking lot, and found she had driven there in a stolen SUV. The SUV had reportedly been parked on a residential street in Citrus Heights, with the keys inside, when it was stolen. Officers let the vehicle owner know where his SUV was and arrested the suspect.
Darce Cristene Sawyer, 51, of Citrus Heights, was reportedly arrested on suspicion of vehicle theft.
