WASCO— Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with a stabbing incident that occurred in the City of Wasco on Saturday morning.
According to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office, a 14-year-old male and 16-year-old male are being held in custody for stabbing of two subjects in the 1500 block of Poplar Avenue in Wasco on Sept. 27, at around 9:45 a.m.
Deputies responding to the initial call said that when they arrived on scene, they located two adult Hispanic male victims, both suffering from multiple stab wounds.
Both victims were transported to Kern Medical Center for treatment of major injuries. Their names will be released pending positive identification of the victims. Witnesses told deputies that the suspects, fled the scene prior to their arrival.
