Later that same day, at 2:09 pm, Roseville PD and Roseville Fire responded to a minor injury traffic collision on Cirby Way at Cirby Oaks Way. And at 9:08 pm on Monday, October 13, Roseville PD officers and fire personnel responded to a traffic collision at the intersection of Douglas Boulevard and Riverside Avenue. A man had reportedly driven westbound on Douglas Boulevard and approached the intersection at a high rate of speed, causing him to brake hard to avoid hitting vehicles stopped ahead of him at the red light.
