HAWTHORNE, CA—Her name implies cleanliness, but her rap sheet of prostitution charges indicates otherwise.
Breonna Sudds, 22, was arrested by Hawthorne police officers on Thursday, November 13 at approximately 8:50 a.m. on the 11400 block of Birch Avenue in Hawthorne. The unemployed San Pedro resident was picked up for loitering with the intent to prostitute (653.22(A)PC)—a charge with which she apparently is intimately familiar.
The block of Birch Avenue where she was arrested is one block south of Imperial Highway southeast of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), an area well-known for the street-walking trade.
She has a number of related warrants. Three of them are the same loitering/prostitution violations as the latest one albeit from three agencies: Inglewood PD, another one from Hawthorne and one from Los Angeles PD (LAPD). She also has two other warrants from LAPD: a failure to appear after promising to do so (853.7PC) and attempted disorderly conduct-prostitution (647(B)PC).
Total bail for the warrants is $45,683, and another $2,000 bail was levied for the latest prostitution charge.
It’s a dirty business, but someone’s got to (or is going to) do it.
