Earlier this year, two women, also pushing babies in strollers, were sexually assaulted at the same location. In those two incidents, it was reported that the suspect was an Hispanic man in black clothing. He reportedly threatened to harm the women’s babies if they called out for help. Those attacks were reported in January and March.
