Burglary suspects Erik Torres, Daniel Sanchez-Menijavar, and Cesar Garcia
MILPITAS — On May 27 at 10:45 a.m., the Milpitas Police Department investigated a residential burglary at the 200 block of Heath Street. The victim had returned home and saw three male suspects inside her home. The suspects fled before officers arrived.
The next day, Milpitas detectives learned the Newark Police Department had arrested three suspects attempting to burglarize a Newark home, also on May 27th. Newark Police booked the three suspects into the Alameda County Jail. Milpitas detectives followed up and discovered property recovered from the suspects during the Newark incident had been stolen during the Milpitas burglary.
On November 10, Milpitas detectives were able to obtain arrest warrants for all three suspects for the Milpitas burglary. Erik Torres, Daniel Sanchez-Menijavar and Cesar Garcia, all from Redwood City, were booked into jail for the Milpitas warrants.

Home Burglary – Do you recognized this burglary suspect?
On Monday, September 14 at about 12:00 p.m., a burglary occurred in the 6000 block of Buffett Place in San Jose. The suspect rang the door bell to determine if someone was home. After no one answered, he went into the backyard and forced entry into the residence through the rear sliding glass door. The suspect fled and has not been identified.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 30s, black hair, wearing a white tee-shirt, red shorts, and black sneakers. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Sergeant Mike Montonye of the San Jose Police Department’s Burglary Unit at (408) 277-4401.
