A Fresno man was apprehended for gang-related activity in Madera County in Tuesday.
According to the media report released by the Madera County Department of Corrections, Christian Alexander Garcia (19) was arrested for attempted murder and for promotion of crime through a street gang. The arrest was made by officers of the Madera County Sheriff’s Office.
According to the MCDC, Garcia does not have any jobs or employment listed. Also, records show that Garcia had been arrested last year in December by deputies of the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office. The charges for this previous arrest were unspecified. The gang Garcia is allegedly a part of has not been made known at this time.
Garcia is currently being held on $2 million bail. If convicted, he could face 25 years to life in prison.
