A case has been made known in Madera concerning an alleged kidnapping on Tuesday.
According to the official report released by the Madera County Department of Corrections, 29-year-old Claudio Moreno-Pulido was arrested for strong armed robbery, kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon, interfering with an officer and assault by means of force, as well as two counts of having his probation revoked. The arrest was made by officers of the Madera Police Department.
According to MCDC records, Moreno-Pulido had been working as a logistics manager for an unspecified company. He was arrested in 2007 for interfering with an officer.
His current charges, however, are far more severe. The name of the alleged victim of the kidnapping, assault, and robbery has not been released at this time.
If convicted, Moreno-Pulido is likely to face a lengthy sentence.
