Jeremy Matthew Sundahl and Jordan Nogo
The Paso Robles Police have two men in custody for allegedly taking part in a residential burglary.
According to PRPD, officers arrested Jeremy Matthew Sundahl, 27, and Jordan Nogo, 25, both of Paso Robles. The arrest related to an interrupted residential burglary.
Sundahl and Nogo are suspected of attempting to burglar a residence along the 200 block of Palomino Circle.
The residents of the home reported to PRPD they walked into their home at approximately 7 p.m. to find at least two people unlawfully inside their house. When the suspects were confronted, they fled.
The residents were able to see the license plate of the getaway vehicle and reported it to police. According to the victims several thousand dollars’ worth of jewelry were stolen from the home.
The responding officer obtained DMV vehicle registration information based upon the resident’s information.
The vehicle came back as a white 2001 Chevrolet Malibu with a registered owner associated with a residence on Pino Way.
Officers watched the home and saw the suspect’s car pull into the driveway. They then made a traffic stop and the two passengers, one male and one female, ran from the car. The driver, Sundahl, was arrested without incident.
After a search of the area, officers arrested Nogo hiding in nearby bushes. A third female suspect was not located.
A search of the car resulted in all victim’s property being recovered, which was returned to the owners.
Officers were able to positively identify the female suspect. She was identified as Michele Marie Chavez, 20, of Paso Robles.
Chavez was currently wanted by San Luis Obispo County Probation for a no-bail probation violation warrant.
The victims of the burglary positively identified Nogo as the person they had encountered in their home and later determined the other suspect was Sundahl, who is the victims’ grandson.
Sundahl and Nogo were transported and booked into SLO County Jail for felony residential burglary, felony conspiracy, receiving stolen property, elder abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia. Nogo was additionally charged with resisting arrest.
