Eliseo Contreras
FRESNO – A report came in of “shots fired,” prompting an FPD investigation at a residence at 401 N. Thesta. The FPD’s Shotspotter technology led them to the house.
40-year-old gang member George Ramos and 35-year-old Eliseo Contreras were located at the home.

The two gang members did not have any firearms at the house, but they did have 2 trailers reported as stolen, and Ramos admitted as much.
Contreras had meth on his person, and was arrested on that charge, as well as a Post Release Community Supervision violation.
Ramos was booked for possession of the two stolen trailers, and a parole violation.
